Surface Preparation
Thoroughly clean, diamond grind the concrete floor to create an open profile. Repair any existing cracks, chips or pitted areas to ensure a completely smooth foundation.

Primer Application
Apply a high-penetration epoxy primer to seal the concrete substrate and prevent outgassing. Follow with a 100% solid epoxy base coat for maximum adhesion and structual strength.

Broadcast & Design
Broadcast decorative vinyl color flake, quartz, or metallic pigments evenly into the wet base coat. This adds texture durability, and your customized visual aesthetic.

Topcoat & Curing
Scrape and vacuum away excess flakes then apply a clear, uv-stable polyaspartic or polyurethane topcoat. Allow proper cure time for a high-gloss, chemical-resistant finish.
